 TRAP NEUTER RETURN 

For The Love of Grace Spay Neuter Program has been spreading the message of TNR (trap neuter return) in the community for close to 10 years.  We believe that spaying and neutering can, and does, make a huge difference, and is the ONLY compassionate, humane way to effectively contain and control the overpopulation of stray and feral cats.  Removing the cats from their environment does not work.  More cats will take their place, referred to as the vacuum effect. Feral cats rarely find homes when brought to shelters, (as they are not considered adoptable) thereby increasing the euthanasia rate needlessly.  Managed colonies have been proven to work. Our volunteers work to educate and assist feral cat caregivers on the benefits of trap neuter return.
